Release from Liability : I hereby declare that I exonerate from all liability and responsibility, however so arising, FINA, its affiliates, the Hosting National Federation Organizing Committee and staff, the venue owners, Sponsors, and any other person that participates in the Championships, in respect to all and every action or claim concerning accidents that may occur (except liability and responsibility for personal injury or death caused due to the negligence of those respective bodies or person).

Doping Control Authorization: I agree to participate, if selected in random drug testing, including blood testing at any time, either in or out of competition, as organized by FINA. I also agree that the FINA Rules, related to doping control and drug testing shall be effective to me personally.

Transfer or Rights : Understanding as a competitor in La Traversée Internationale du Lac Memphrémagog 2009, the importance for FINA of keeping all filming, television, photographing and all other recording rights during the Championships (or Competitions, Tournament, Cups, etc). I, in consideration of the acceptance of my participation in the Championships, agree to be filmed, televised, photographed and otherwise recorded during the Championships, under conditions and for the purposes now and hereafter authorized by FINA, in relation to the promotion of the Championships and the Sports of Swimming.
