Marathon
The great open water marathon is what La Traversée is all about. Each year, the best international athletes join in to compete in the 34 km swimming event. For these swimmers this is without doubt a unique experience where raw emotion is at a peek.
Exhibitors' village
Sixty-five kiosks form a unique diversified village made up of artists, craftsmen, merchants and local producers. About 20 professional painters at the open air painting symposium in the Painters’ Agora catch your eye with all the colours of the rainbow, designs and ideas, to the greatest pleasure of all visitors.
Children's place
Guaranteed fun! Inflated games, train rides, mascots, make-up and let’s not forget the Cirque des Étoiles de Magog!
Sport events
La Traversée has many sport events. The Amateur Swimming Event : 500m, 1 km, 2 km, 5 km and 10 km. The Memphré Tykes Swimming Event where kiddies from 2 to 11 can join in all safety in their own swimming competition. The Canoe Classic on Magog river and the Sailboat competition are other favorite events
